Programs/Retreats

Dear Friends, We welcome you to the Spirituality Center and ask for your understanding in order to gather safely during the pandemic.

• Registration is required for all programs. Registration deadline varies by program so please see the specific program listing. Only registered guests can be admitted.
• Certain programs are held at the Spirituality Center; some programs are offered via ZOOM. We are now experimenting with “hybrid” programs (zoom plus in-person options). See each program description for information.
• Currently, for all programs held at the Spirituality Center, unvaccinated guests should please have a negative covid test result a maximum of 72 hrs prior. Temperatures will be taken and recorded upon entering the Spirituality Center and all guests will complete a screening questionnaire for covid exposure. Overnight guests must complete a covid waiver form. Some areas of the building are currently inaccessible to guests during the pandemic.

NEW Programs 2022

Listening to Our Hearts

June 16 & 17. Thursday at 4 pm to Friday at 3:00 pm~ at the Spirituality Center (optional overnight Friday)

Listen and attend with the ear of your heart.   St. Benedict

This overnight retreat will offer space, silence, and teachings, which support the spiritual practice of listening to our lives. Each day, there are many voices that can pull us this way and that.  We may find ourselves reacting to what is present rather than responding in a way that feels authentic to who we are.

 Our time together will include:

• practices for settling and grounding
• introduction to the practice of RAIN; recognize, allow, investigate, nurture
• forgiveness practices for self and others
• practices of compassion and resting in presence

All are welcome, no matter where you find yourself on your spiritual journey. Come join with others as we support each other in slowing down, taking note of what is present, and treating all that is here with kindness.

The Psalms:  Love Songs that Astonish, Allure and Move God’s Compassionate Heart – a Guided Retreat

November 13 to 18, 2022. Arrival between 3:00pm – 4:30pm; departure after lunch Nov. 18.

The retreat will focus on some of the psalms and how they are a response to God’s desire to be in relationship in the joys and sorrows of our graced history.  It will include input, lectio and an opportunity for those who wish to meet with the facilitator.
